Terms of use
Quick answer, updated
These terms apply from October 18, 2026 to this website and the offer request form, run by AC0 AI, S.L.U.. The index is information, not legal, tax or financial advice, and we cannot promise that any buyer will make you an offer. Anything you submit is confidential. We share it only with buyers you approve and the service providers listed in the privacy policy.
Who these terms are with
This website and the form at /get-offers are run by AC0 AI, S.L.U. (“we”), Calle Maestranza 25, planta 1, 29016 Málaga, Spain, tax ID (NIF) B26808741. By using the site or submitting the form, you accept these terms. If you submit for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it. If the company is in bankruptcy or an assignment for the benefit of creditors, only the trustee, liquidator or assignee can approve an introduction.
Not advice
The index, the guides and anything we tell you by email are information, not legal, tax, financial, investment or valuation advice. Whether your company can license its data depends on its contracts, its customers’ data processing agreements, its employees and where they work, the platforms the data sits on and, in a wind-down or bankruptcy, who controls the company’s assets. Get your own legal and tax advice before you sign anything.
No guarantee of offers
We do not promise that any buyer will contact you, make an offer, pay a particular amount or pay at all. Ranges in the index are as published by each company. They are not quotes, and they may not apply to your company.
Accuracy
We check every row against the company’s own pages on the dates shown, as described in the methodology. Companies change their terms without notice, so a row can be out of date between checks. The company’s current page and your signed agreement always override the index. If you find an error, tell us at hello@datalicensingindex.com.
Our role
We are a finder. We introduce you to buyers you approve, and that is all.
- We are not a party to any agreement between you and a buyer.
- We are not your agent, broker or adviser, and we do not negotiate for you.
- We never receive, store or transfer your company’s data, and we never hold money for you or a buyer.
- Listing a buyer is not an endorsement. Check any buyer yourself before you share anything. The offer checklist is a place to start.
How we may earn referral fees, and how we show them, is set out on the disclosure page.
What you agree to when you submit
- The information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not send data from your systems, exports, samples, passwords or admin access. We do not want them and will delete them.
- You will only paste offer terms you are allowed to share, and you confirm this with the checkbox on the form.
- You are responsible for confirming that your company has the right to license any data it offers.
Confidentiality of what you submit
- We treat everything you submit as confidential.
- We share your details with a buyer only when you approve that introduction. The privacy policy lists everyone else who handles them, such as our hosting and email providers. See the privacy policy.
- We never pass offer terms from one buyer to another unless you tell us to.
- We never publish anything that identifies your company or a single offer. We may publish aggregate figures, only when at least three offers contribute and no company can be identified.
Using our content
You may quote individual rows or short passages if you link to the page you quote and give the check date. Do not copy the whole index or a large part of it into another product or site without our written permission. AI assistants and search engines may read and cite /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, provided they link to the page they cite and give its check date.
Links to other sites
The index links to buyers’ websites and terms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the site, for offers you do or do not receive, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the change is logged on the changelog. The version in force when you submit the form applies to that submission.
Law and contact
Spanish law governs these terms, and the courts of Málaga, Spain, handle disputes, unless mandatory law where you are says otherwise. Questions go to hello@datalicensingindex.com.
